I am insane.

I changed my trip so I would end up in Vegas for this Jet show that may or may not happen. It is listed as a tour date..
But the venue.. ticketmaster.. Atlantic Records.. No one knows of it. I will have to sit my sorry ass in the piece of crap hotel I could afford.. and do nothing??

So, I put my mind to thinking.. and I came up with an idea..

First I thought..

HEY! ( I literally went, HEY!) I will email JETS management team.. here is that email:

I know this is an incredible stretch.. But I figure you might take pity on me and throw a girl a bone. I am completely consumed with Jet. Love the music, the band EVERYTHING... I have my tickets in hand for the Anaheim show, the 2 Los Angeles shows, and the show at the Fillmore. Being that I live near San Francisco, I am going to be flying a whole lot.. (not complaining. ) I noticed on the Jet website, that they added a show in Vegas,, I changed my flight to take a small detour into Vegas.. but no one knows where to get tickets. Can you help??

Then I remembered I knew the website of the father of the girl who dates Chris..

So, here is that email:

Jet is amazing and I have been following them for sometime. I was excited to see that they are planning a detour into California and I have planned my vacation time around their tour dates.
A few days ago, I noticed that they added a Las Vegas date, but the hyperlink to purchase tickets was not active.
I thought if I waited too long, Southwest would charge me an arm and a leg to change my flight... so, I called and diverted my trip to Vegas.
My husband isn't a Jet fan .. so,I am taking this trip solo.. So, I am a little nervous.... I have this feeling that the show might turn out to be a secret show.. Just for special fans.. I was lost as to who I could turn to for help. Then, as if it was meant to be, I thought of you. I have visited your daughters web site and know of your amazing contribution to the world of photography.
I know it is a HUGE favor to ask of you, but is there anyway that I could talk you into ROCKING my world and somehow getting me in?
I would be in debt to you forever.

Then I just became desperate and emailed the DJ (YEP JARED) at Live 105.. Here is that email:

I am insane.. (insane cute, not insane scary)
I am planning a mini road trip at the end of April..
Anaheim.. They play at HOB
San Francisco.. They play at the Fillmore
LA .. They play at the Troubador
LA ..again at the Troubador
and hopefully Vegas.(hard rock..)

And I am going by myself.. flying all over creation..
This is the 2nd road trip for me to see Jet this year.. I went to LA to see them at HOB, Music Box, Jimmy Kimmel and the Joint in Vegas..

They will be in San Fran on my birthday.. I would love to meet Nic. AND I think you should help me .. I mean come on, its my birthday.. I would totally LOVE you.. (as long as you keep it a secret ..wink wink.. nudge nudge) to meet Nic.. He is my hero.. and I would simply die a happier person if I was given the opportunity to lick him ALL the f**k over.
