While researching my paper, I came across the writings of Michael Hunter. He was on San Quentin's death row. I decided I would write to him and explain that I was looking for his input for my paper. I was surprised to not only get a reply, but it seemed that Michael Hunter was an articulate, nice man. For the several years we corresponded, I never asked, nor did he ever offer any details of why he was on death row. I was kind of relieved that he didn't tell me.
Fast forward to Friday, when I googled Michael Hunter to try and pull up his writings .. I wanted to show the people at work what a nice man he was. MISTAKE. Wikipedia had him listed .. and every detail of his crime and subsequent "run from the law"... My opinion has changed about this man. I often stupidly assume that people can't be as bad as people say.. I don't imagine that I will write to him again ..
I was a bit sad with all these new found details. So, I kept reading and looking around the internet. And then, I was literally taken aback at what I found. A website hosted by this Canadian organization that is against the death penalty. It is almost a dating site. Now, believing that our government does not have the right to murder its citizens is one thing... but to make their stay in prison romantic, warm and fuzzy, is something else entirely.

I can't help but to wonder, that after going through all the court proceedings of my trial and all The media statements about me, could there be someone out in the world who would be of open mind, not to take everything that the media has said about me and be willing to learn for themselves, just who I really am.
I don't have no complaints about my due, as you can see by my photo, I have lived a life inside these walls. It's almost as though this is "Home sweet home", sad but true. The most often thought that I do I have, is wondering if, for someone like myself, can one ever fall back in love with life again. For myself,
I feel that I do not have that right or even the time that one spends considering such a selfish thought.
I know that there will be some that will not agree with any or all that I have said. Though isn't this the point, to let you out there know my thoughts and feelings, so that if you want you can write to me and express your thoughts and feelings

Why? For being an adulterer? Kinsey says that 70% of married men and almost as many married women are no better than Scott. One thing you can take to the bank - he is no murderer. The actual facts from the trial, almost all from prosecution witnesses are: -
• A visibly pregnant Laci Peterson vanishes from her home. No signs of a crime can be found - anywhere - ever - by any police agency.
• Her shoes are found abandoned on the side of the street, 170 feet from her house.
• Seven days after she vanishes, her watch is pawned in Modesto.
• Another woman is found in possession of Laci's Social Security card.
• Some time after that Laci's earrings are sold at an auction sale in Oakland.
• The California Highway Patrol receives a tip that a pregnant woman is being held captive in Tracy, close to Modesto, and is being abused. No investigation of this is done.
• Her body turns up four months later, found on the shore of San Francisco Bay, a place where many other bodies have been dumped and not far from Oakland.
• Her uterus has been cut open by someone unskilled in medical procedures.
• The fetus and the placenta are both missing.
• Some distance away, the body of her child is also found.
• He shows no signs of prematurity, he is full term and he is not curled up in the fetal position. There are no signs he was ever in the sea.
• The fetal cord has been crudely cut.
• A piece of twine has been double knotted around his neck, not to harm him but to keep his body wrapped in plastic bags to protect it. One of the bags is found nearby.
• Although Laci was not consuming anything with caffeine in it, she was found with caffeine in her system. Conner had none, showing that she consumed it after he was removed from her body.
• Laci was found wearing underwear with a wear pattern which shows she had worn it for the whole period of her abduction (which was 111 days).
• Her clothes were still on her body, something which could not happen unless they were retied after the baby was removed. It also shows she was in the water for a day or two at most.
• Her uterus is two to three weeks post partum, showing that she lived at least that long after the baby was removed from her body. The baby was found to be too large to fit into her womb.
• Although the body of the mother was simply discarded in the sea, either from the Albany Bulb or more likely from Point Isabel (it has been suggested in the Hoffman channel), the body of the baby is carefully laid on the shore at Point Isabel so it can be found and buried. This is clearly the work of someone who cared for the baby.
What part of this does NOT look like a failed fetus napping, where both mother and child have died?
Scott.. I think calling yourself a voice of sanity is a bit misleading. Have your doctors upped your meds? And are you suppose to be using the computer.. I thought you just got an hour of yard time.. Not internet time? Am I going to have to call the warden on you again?
You have now confirmed that you belong in the 98% of the population which is too dumb to come in out of the rain. Faced with actual facts, instead of reconsidering your position you resort to insults. This hardly moves you out of the all too large idiot group. Perhaps you have an eight year old nephew who can explain facts and logic to you? Or did you miss the obvious - that after a 5 month 'trial' and spending over $4.13 million not one person could come up with even one single, solitary piece of evidence against Scott Peterson?
